MEMBERSHIP OF THE EUREKA MILES PROGRAMME

As part of the Eureka Miles Program, the customer accumulates E-Miles acquired mainly when sales are carried out by the Eureka Miles Partners.

Participation in the Eureka Miles Program takes place exclusively through the opening of an Account accessible on the Website and accounting for E-Miles, the consultation and access of which are reserved to the Member only.

Membership in the Eureka Miles Program implies that the Member has first read and accepted the Rules of procedure or any other regulations that may be substituted by the Company.

Membership of the Eureka Miles Programme is free of charge and is open on request to any person of full age who has the necessary authorisations to carry out sales and who has the necessary authorisations to carry out its activities.

To apply for membership, the futur partners will log on to the Website where it will fill out a form and read the Rules of procedure.

Upon validation of its registration and implementation of a loyalty agreement by Eureka, the member will be assigned a Personal Account.

Eureka reserves the right to cancel any membership that does not comply with the terms of the Rules of procedure. In this case, the Member shall be written off: his Account shall be deleted, and all E-miles which he may have acquired shall be cancelled.

More generally, the Member, by accepting its membership in the Eureka Miles Program, has agreed to exchange and receive electronic communications from the Company and this implies its acceptance that all agreements, information, disclosures and other communications exchanged electronically fulfil all legal obligations arising from written exchanges, unless a specific mandatory law imposes another method of communication.

All members of the programme receive and subscribe to a contract of engagement, as well as the rules of procedure and the charter that they undertake to respect.
