carried out by the Eureka Miles Partners.<\/p><p>Participation in the <strong>Eureka Miles<\/strong> Program takes place exclusively through the opening of an Account accessible on the Website and accounting for <strong>E-Miles<\/strong>, the consultation and access of which are reserved to the Member only.<\/p><p>Membership in the <strong>Eureka Miles <\/strong>Program implies that the Member has first read and accepted the Rules of procedure or any other regulations that may be substituted by the Company.<\/p><p>Membership of the <strong>Eureka Miles<\/strong> Programme is free of charge and is open on request to any person of full age who has the necessary authorisations to carry out sales and who has the necessary authorisations to carry out its activities.<\/p><p>To apply for membership, the futur partners will log on to the Website where it will fill out a form and read the Rules of procedure.<\/p><p>Upon validation of its registration and implementation of a loyalty agreement by <strong>Eureka<\/strong>, the member will be assigned a Personal Account.<\/p><p><strong>Eureka<\/strong> reserves the right to cancel any membership that does not comply with the terms of the Rules of procedure.
